We highly recommend the Rhino Tours for Adults and Teens, we booked this prior to leaving, it was a little crazy. They wanted us to be there at 9 a.m. and the ship docked at 8 but we didn’t even get off the ship until 8:50. I was very stressed out when we arrived by taxi 20 minutes late. The guy who met me said “why are you stressing this is the Caribbean”, take your time relax. So we did. The boats were easy to drive but the ocean was bumpy, my husband and I loved it and swore to come back but our little kids 8, 10 and 12 are not adventurers and did not like the jet ski like bumpy ride so we had to cut this trip short.

My daughter wanted to go to the “airport beach” which sounded horrible, airplanes going overhead while you relax on a small beach. I didn’t get this at all. But when we arrived it was quite fun. This beach is not about relaxing at all but about feeling the engines of the airplanes and hearing the roar as they come closer than you’ve ever experienced. The kids were enthralled, we sat at the beach bar, had lunch, listened to Reggae and relaxed and had a great time. This is definitely a must for parents with smaller kids or big kids who like planes.
