We go to Fort Lauderdale twice a year, so I’m always looking for a great restaurant, we’ve tried Mom’s Kitchen which was recommended on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives”. It was a little off the beaten path they serve delicious home fresh squeezed orange juice I have the veggie cheese omelets which was delicious. Home fries were just okay. Mark had a sausage egg and cheese, the sausage wasn’t terribly good we would rate this diner a seven out of 10 worth going to but not worth going way out of your way to get to this diner. Our service was excellent prompt and there was no waiting. The atmosphere is one of a mom’s diner people call you honey and that they were very friendly. The coffee was good but the orange juice was fabulous. We’d rate this a 6 out of 10
